About Our CEO

Digital Aptech Academy was founded in 2016 by “Mr Rajiv Ghosh”, the founder and CEO of Digital Aptech Pvt. Ltd. Being an entrepreneur with an extensive experience of over 17 years in the IT industry, he planned to set his footstep in the education field and successfully opened Digital Aptech Academy with a trustworthy team of technology experts.

Since the inception of Digital Aptech In 2010, “Mr Rajiv Ghosh”, has been successfully looking after the end-to-end operations, creating strategies and building collaboration for partnership in both domestic and international markets.

As an entrepreneur he used all his knowledge, focus and determination, to create Digital Aptech Pvt. Ltd. into what it is today – A multi-award-winning and CMMI level 3 accredited software development company. He has nurtured some of the best talents in the industry and now serving over 200+ active clients and 180+ full-time employees in his company.

Under the guidance of Rajiv Ghosh, Digital Aptech is presently operating in four major countries India, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Presently his focus is on the “Digital Aptech Academy”, as he believes in nurturing young minds. Along with Digital Aptech, and Digital Aptech Academy, the founder is leading some of the other sectors as well and has proved successful in all his ventures. Mr Rajiv Ghosh is also the founder of “Privately Urs” an India-based eCommerce store featuring lifestyle products.

About Our Experts

Anupam Paul

Anupam has held a senior management position in the technology industry over the past sixteen years….

He is presently the Technical Project Manager of the UI/UX team in Digital Aptech. He has been here since the beginning of the company closely working with the CEO Rajiv Ghosh.

He will be playing the role of Front-end Development trainer in Digital Aptech Academy guiding students with UI/UX designing from scratch. His skills completely based on Frontend Development(HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery). He also has the basic knowledge of SASS & LESS.

His ability to explain complex topics in the most simple way will surely help the students learn most of the front-end basics easily. Also, his ability to collaborate, research skills and most importantly excellent communication skills will surely take the students to new heights.

Jeet Ghosh

Jeet is the Technical Project Manager of the Mobile Application Development team in Digital Aptech Pvt. Ltd…

Jeet is the Technical Project Manager of the Mobile Application Development team in Digital Aptech Pvt. Ltd. With an overall industry experience of 9+ years, he addresses all kinds of business challenges and their needs. Presently he is managing the App Development and Staff Augmentation team. His expertise lies in Application and Game Development. The main languages in his tech stack are iOS, C, C++, Java, C#, Objective C, and Swift. He will be the best mentor for app development training programs guiding the learners with in-depth knowledge and making them qualified to become top iOS developers.

Jitesh Sen

Jitesh is presently working with Digital Aptech Pvt ltd. as a Technical Project Manager, with a complete industry experience of 8+ years.

Being associated with the present company since 2016, he has proved his expertise in frameworks like WordPress, OpenCart, and Shopify.

Presently he is looking after the complete Web Development, eCommerce, and Custom Web Development team. His role extends to business planning, handling international clients and also looking after the entire Digital Aptech UK wing. His friendly nature, patience and deep understanding capabilities can benefit the students of Digital Aptech Academy.

Ritayan Pal

Ritayan is associated with Digital Aptech Pvt Ltd. since 2013 and presently working as a Technical Project Manager.

He has 12+ years of industry experience with expertise in frameworks like Codeigniter, Laravel and Core PHP with MYSQL programming. His team management capabilities and in-depth technical support have made him the leader amongst his peers.

Presently he is looking after the complete Web development requirements, Js frameworks, and Custom Web development team in Digital Aptech. He is easily approachable and his flawless communication skills will make him the best trainer.

Sukumar Gorai

Sukumar is responsible for managing the complete Magento team in Digital Aptech Pvt Ltd. and is a Magento Project Manager here.

He is a Magento Certified Expert with 11+ years of industry knowledge. Throughout he has been delicately helping the clients achieve their eCommerce requirements. He has produced hundreds of all-inclusive Magento eCommerce stores for clients with his team.

His skills include Magento 2 eStore development, installation, customisation, theme set-up, and Module Development. His fun-loving nature, proper time management, intense platform knowledge and good communication skills will help the trainees turn into expert Magento professionals.
