Cancellation Refund Policy

Thank you for enrolling with us. We always make sure to offer you the ultimate learning experience. However, if you plan for any change, our cancellation and refund policies are crafted to provide you the best satisfaction assurance.

1. If any student wants to cancel within 7 days from enrollment date (but before course commencement), refund of maximum upto 50% of the enrollment amount paid will be refunded.
2. Maybe for some reason requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, the start of the course is delayed by a month, then the student will be entitled to refund of 100% of the enrollment amount paid, provided the student is not willing to pursue the enrolled course from the rescheduled date.
3. Under any situation after course commencement, the student will not be entitled to shift from one course to another as well as no refund will be initiated against course cancellation.
4. Refunds cannot be initiated for absenteeism.
5. Other than the above mentioned policies, under any circumstances including medical reasons, no refund of the amount paid will be initiated to the student.
6. All refunds will be processed within 15 working days of approval and validation of refund request.
7. Any request for substitute participant will not be entertained during the course tenure.
8. Digital Aptech Academy also reserves the right to cancel in the event of an unpredicted circumstance which disables a safe training environment e.g. floods, Covid lockdown, etc. In such an event, training will be arranged for an alternative course date.
9. Every dispute, difference, or question which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the subject matter thereof shall be referred to sole Arbitrator by the first party , the award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The Venue of Arbitration will be Kolkata (West Bengal). All and any disputes shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of Courts of Kolkata (West Bengal), India.
